At Khanjee Beauty Mart, we strive to deliver your beauty products as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find all the information about our delivery process, timelines, and charges.
Delivery times may be extended during sale periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
We currently deliver to all major areas within Karachi. We're working to expand our delivery network to other cities in Pakistan soon.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched for delivery. Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days within Karachi.
Our delivery team will contact you before arrival. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this to track your order status on our website.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for most items.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item.
Package the item securely in its original packaging, include all accessories and tags, and ship it to our address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at returns@khanjeebeauty.com.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Please provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to facilitate the process.
